A large part of our collection consists of vintage, handmade products and antique items. Please have in mind that they carry a lot of history or are made by hand. They are carefully chosen and we aim for excellent condition, but some of them may show some pre-exciting love. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding any of these. Most of these items we only have one of so we recommend a "move it or lose it" policy when it comes to these pieces.
All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of purchase. Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive and email with the shipping tracking number.
Expected arrival date for domestic orders (Denmark) is approximately 2 days. International buyers should expect 10-15 days. If you prefer an alternative shipment option, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Ampère is not responsible for payment of this duty.
We honor a 14 day return policy provided items are returned in the same condition they were received and are in their original packaging. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Prior to sending your return please email us to notify what item(s) you will be returning and to obtain the return address for the package.
Ship using any method of your choice, at your expense. We require a trackable service as Ampère is not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to include your order number or original packing slip in your return.
Once we receive the merchandise we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 72 hours. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will reimburse customers for shipping using the same method of original purchase or store credit. We will not refund international duties or taxes.
If you are buying a gift for a loved one please send us an email and we will wrap it with a bow and handwrite a card in your words and place with the package.
